Every year, the Granaries in Floriana welcome the world-famous BBC Concert Orchestra. This year’s show ‘100 Years of Hollywood’, took place last month and will now be broadcast on BBC Radio 2 this Sunday at 21:00
A cast of over 80, including 20 top West End vocalists, and star presenter Denis Lawson from Star Wars blew audiences away during a unique cinematic concert in Malta, celebrating 100 years of tinsel-town from the Golden Age to the present day.
Outstanding West End soloists, Louise Dearman (Wicked) Gloria Onitiri (Bodyguard) Rebecca Trehearn (Bad Cinderella) Trevor Dion Nicholas (Aladdin) Jesse Smith (Led Zeppelin Symphonic) and Michael Xavier (Roman Holiday) together with chorus, Dynamic Vocals, led by Ben Francis, presented a show like no other.
